CODA

CODA is a digital platform built to connect dancers and studios with top-tier educators through structured critiques, clear feedback, and high-quality instructional content. The product was designed to support both learning and evaluation, giving dancers a focused space to review scores, access detailed notes, and continue developing their craft.

The project involved leading UI/UX and software teams through the creation of the platform, with an emphasis on clarity, usability, and thoughtful interaction design. Working closely with video and production teams, systems and workflows were developed to support the creation, encoding, and distribution of instructional content at scale. Acting in a CTO capacity, the focus remained on building a reliable, well-organized product that balanced educational depth with a clean, intuitive user experience.
