Dance360

Dance360 is a registration platform created to bring clarity and structure to the operational side of the dance industry. Built with a strong focus on usability, the product aimed to simplify complex workflows for studios, events, and participants while delivering a more modern digital experience.

Serving in an acting CTO role, the work centered on leading extensive UX research to better understand user needs within a space that had seen little design innovation. This process informed close collaboration with an experienced UI/UX team and a development team, ensuring research-driven decisions translated cleanly into functional, scalable product solutions. The result was a platform grounded in thoughtful design, practical execution, and long-term usability.
